Organic Olive Oil
We believe olives are one of the ideal crops for the harsh Australian climate, and they are perfectly suited to organic farming. Our olives have been grown organically from the day they were planted, using only what nature gives us in the form of compost, green manures, legumes, grazing of sheep, and the biodynamic preparations.
We’re very proud of our locally cold-pressed organic olive oil. A blend of early- and late-picked Corregiola, Mediterranean and Kalamata olives, it’s aromatic, fruity and peppery. Ideal mixed into your favourite dip, drizzled over summer salads or dipped into fresh bread, our organic olive oil is a staple in many homes of our valued customers.

Organic Olives
Our Kalamata table olives are cured over 6 to 18 months, hand graded and bottled here on the farm. We use only the most pure rock salt from the Australian desert. The result is a crunchy, fruity olive that can be enjoyed as a snack on a charcuterie board, tossed through a salad or paired with the perfect sourdough.
We also make a delicious olive paste from our own olives blended with thyme, rosemary, and a little chilli. The result is a smooth and savoury paste that is perfect for adding a little Mediterranean flavour to any dish. Use it as a dip, spread it over crusty bread or stir it in our very own cold-pressed olive oil to make for a tasty salad dressing.
