At Rosnay, we have been growing our olives organically since we first planted them in 1999, so you could say we’ve had time to perfect the process. From humble beginnings, we proudly now stock a range of organic kalamata olives as well as green olives, delicious olive paste, and freshly pressed olive oil— you could say we’re olive-obsessed!
*2024 Harvest Update: Every 10 years or so, we have an “off-season”. It can be caused by too much summer rain and over-cropping, plus not enough hot weather, the voracious sap-sucking Lace Bug, not enough rain during winter-spring for flowering, and late spring frost during flowering. We’ve had the lot this year, and our 2024 crop was 5% of the average. Hence, some products are being limited per order to avoid a run on them, with bulk quantities expected to be available in May 2025. We apologise and hope for a better season in 2025.

Organic Olives
At Rosnay, we grow Corregiola, Mediterranean and Kalamata olives, which are pressed off-site and bottled here on the farm without filtration. The result is a crunchy, fruity olive that can be enjoyed as a snack on a charcuterie board, tossed through a salad or paired with the perfect sourdough. You can buy our olives online via our website or visit us in person for a truly authentic farm-to-table experience.
What’s more, we also offer farm-fresh olive paste made from our estate-grown organic olives. The olives are blended with thyme, rosemary, and a little chilli, and the result is a smooth and savoury paste that is perfect for adding a little Mediterranean flavour to any dish. Use it as a dip, spread it over crusty bread or stir it in our very own cold-pressed olive oil to make for a tasty salad dressing.
