Glace Figs – per kg

We carefully pick our figs and use the best, ripest, intact figs to make our glace figs. They are gently poached in a spiced syrup containing certified organic raw sugar, organic wine, organic apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, clove and lemon. After soaking in the syrup for several weeks, the poached figs are drained off and gently dried in a dehydrator to a perfect, prune-like dryness.

Ingredients: Rosnay Figs, raw sugar, wine, lemon juice, AC vinegar, cinnamon, cloves

Bulk glace figs are packed in baking paper layer inside a lined cardboard box.
