Grape Juices | Organic | Preservative Free

In 2025 we made our first batches of natural grape juice from three winegrape varieties: Shiraz, Mourvedre and Vermentino.

Each has its own delicious character, and will be joined by other varietal juices in 2026.

For the red juices, the grapes are harvested and crushed as for a normal red wine, with “cold soaking” of the skins for 2 dyas, before gently syphoning off the juice directly into the pasteurising bottling machine. They have plenty of rich red colour which is where the most helathy anti-oxidants are found.

For the white juice, the grapes were hand picked at 16.6 baume (super ripe) and whole-bunch pressed, to minimise the solids in the bottle. The juice was racked or siphoned directly into the pasteurising bottler. The Vermentino is bottled in 375ml bottles.

The juices are all bottled at 80degrees celcius. No preservatives or other additives are used.
