Our organically grown figs are carefully sorted and graded, cut in half, then slowly dried in a dehydrator at low temperature (less than 45degC) to preserve their full natural colour, aroma, flavour, vitamins and natural enzymes.
They are then dipped into Certified Organic Dark Chocolate.
Ingredients: Rosnay Figs, cane sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soy lecithin). May contain traces of soy, gluten, milk and nuts.
