Grown on upper slopes of deep red volcanic clay, Chardonnay is one of the best suited varieties to the Cowra region and is very versatile in wine style. This wine was made from quite well ripened fruit, giving it a medium body with plenty of white peach flavours, and partial malolactic fermentation to give it cremy acid balance.
