Having made Vincotto from our delicious grape juice, we decided to use it to create a new product. Our new 100% fruit Fig Jam has only three ingredients. Organic Figs, vincotto from our organic grape juice, and lemon juice. We couldn’t be happier with the results! The jam is naturally sweet, chunky and has a lovely lemony kick. No added cane sugar!
