The personal information Rosnay collects from you generally includes your name, address, telephone number/s and information required for order processing and payment. Rosnay may also collect information from you concerning your preferred wine type/s or other information related to our products or services, in order to provide you with the best service experience possible. Rosnay collects your personal information through a range of sources including mail order forms, cellar door order forms, wine club membership forms, email subscription forms, competition forms, phone orders, and the online customer account on this website. Rosnay may use your personal information for a range of purposes including:
To provide you with information you request regarding the products or services Rosnay offers
To process and obtain payment for wine or other products or services you order from Rosnay.
If necessary, to verify your identity or age (i.e. over 18).
To contact you for Rosnay’s direct marketing and promotional purposes including providing you with information about new products or services, events, functions and special offers. Rosnay does not use direct marketing contractors.
Rosnay does not store your credit card number online. We use third party, PCI DSS compliant service providers to handle your credit card details.
“Cookies” are small pieces of information sent by a web server and stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive so it can later be read back from that browser. This allows your browser to remember some specific information. Cookies enable Rosnay to store items in your shopping cart and to identify you on return visits. Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent this. However, while most of the content of our web site can be viewed without accepting cookies, the shopping cart features of this website will not function properly when cookies are disabled.

Cost of delivery
Shipping is free to the local area, or a flat per order rate of $15 within NSW, $30 for QLD and VIC, and $50 for SA, WA, NT and TAS. We use Couriers (usually TNT) and we do not use Australia Post. If a PO Box delivery is required we may need to add the extra cost incurred.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. We will then deliver your purchase/s from Cowra, NSW, and depending on your location within Australia, and normally the delivery time will vary between 4 and 12 days.
Rosnay will not deliver wines to anyone less than 18 years of age. If there is any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, our delivery drivers are obliged to request some form of photographic ID.
Orders will be delivered to your door, however in some areas the delivery will be left at the nearest freight depot. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery the courier will leave a note for later collection by you from the nearest courier depot. If the order is not collected within 10 working days, it will be returned to Rosnay and no refund will be available.
Authority to Leave
You provide an “Authority to Leave” if in your delivery instructions you authorise the courier to leave the goods unattended at the delivery address. For example, “Leave on porch”. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from the Authority to Leave delivery method. Under certain circumstances we may not be able to leave your delivery as directed under an Authority to Leave request, in which case your order will be delivered to your nearest courier depot.
Returns due to wrong address
If the address is incorrect and the delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase. To avoid extra postage costs, double check your address details to ensure that all information provided is correct.
If you receive an order with one or more broken bottles/jars, simply let us know within 2 working days of the date of delivery and Rosnay will fully refund the price paid by you for the broken bottles.
Should you wish to have a purchase delivered to a location outside of Australia please contact us to discuss.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
At Rosnay we will always stand behind the quality of what we grow. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, you can return your order for a full refund. Just email us at email@example.com , explain the problem and we’ll organise to get your order returned and refunded.
We’ll refund or credit you in full for the full value of your remaining unopened bottles/jars plus one opened bottle/jar. In the case of mixed packs we will refund you on an item by item basis so you may continue trying the different products in your order rather than sending them all back without having a chance to taste all of them.
Once your return is received by us a credit will be applied to your credit card within 7 days.
Note: The Rosnay 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is offered in good faith, and we ask that it only be used in genuine cases where you have been dissatisfied with your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a request for a return/refund policy if we believe a customer is abusing the policy.
