When booking accommodation at Rosnay, you are welcome to pay a deposit of minimum 30% of the full amount and the remainder at least one week prior to arrival. You will need to select Bank Transfer as your payment method. Then when you email us the payment confirmation, let us know that it is a deposit payment.
Cancellations made within 7 days of booking incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made with more than 7 days notice incur a fee of 30%.
Cancellations due to COVID are 100% refunded.
