Whats next?
- You will get an automatic email with details of your order/booking, with bank details if required.
- Please check your spam or email us if you do not receive the email in a few minutes.
- Once we get postal or courier tracking information we will email it to you.
- Once the order is completed you will get Rewards Points which you can use in your next order.
- You can view your order details and check your Rewards Points by logging in to your account.
- If this is your first order you will receive a separate email to help you log in.
- You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
- We may send you an email to check if you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
Freight
- Every Tuesday we take website orders to the freight depot in Orange. If you order comes in after 9am on Tuesday we might not be able to send it until next Tuesday – but we will do our best to send it earlier if we can.
- Our preferred method of delivery is via Aramex couriers for most metro and coastal areas.
- For regional areas we sometimes use Grants Express or Australia Post as a last resort.
- If you are from a far flung location we may email, text or call you to ask if there is a convenient depot in the nearest town serviced by the couriers.
Are you feeling generous?
