SNEZ
$30.00
Experience Australian folk artist SNEZ with her most powerful and evocative work to date: her sixth studio album, Cardboard Wings, a bold and deeply personal collection of 14 songs that explore themes of refuge and displacement, love and resilience, and the enduring pull of her Macedonian heritage. Drawing from a working-class upbringing shaped by migrant parents and the industrial steelworks town of Port Kembla, South of Sydney, her songwriting transforms personal histories into expansive, compelling storytelling.

‘Like all the best songwriters, Snez is a sharp observer of the seemingly simple
yet subtly unique characters that pass through all our lives. Joyful, defiant and vulnerable by turns’
MICHAEL SMITH, Rhythms Magazine
“Absolutely Beautiful”
Christopher Lawrence, ABC Radio
‘A wonderful set full of musical storytelling with every song as good as the next,
performed exquisitely on just guitar (and bouzouki) & stunning voice’
Graeme Richardson
The White Room, Stanley, UK
