I love our regional area. The farmland, colours, rolling hills, livestock, golden wheat fields, canola, country towns and slower pace of life. This Exhibition at Rosnay is called “Within 100k’s”. Every piece of art is based on a place or scene that is local. I don’t just love the brilliant scenes and sunsets of our local region, but I love the life. For this exhibition the
stories of our towns and farm life is central in my paintings. Yes, I love colour usage and playing with perspective, but people are drawn to a story. I want to provoke people to ask, “what’s going on?” and “What are they doing?” Please come and enjoy “Within 100k’s” and allow your imagination to adventure in our local life and land through Art.
