Wine is top notch, delivery was appalling – after two weeks we had to resort to winery sending a new carton via a mate and I had to travel to adjoining suburb to pick it up from a private address. The fact the winery was able to go the extra mile to arrange this alternate delivery was commendable but poorly let down by courier firm.

Could there be a different delivery fee for smaller items? I know that the delivery fee reflects the cost of transporting wine, but it adds significantly to the cost of the item(s) if only smaller items are ordered.
