Rosnay’s biggest, beefiest red, the result of a high percentage of high tannin pressings matured in 600 litre new french oak and 300 litre old french oak.
Every few years we make a varietal Semillon as an example of the style.
Early harvested shiraz with delicate floral aromas and plenty of natural acidity make this a great celebration wine.
Whole, clean and fully ripe figs are gently poached in a syrup of organic raw sugar, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, Rosnay port (2%), cinnamon, and cloves. A small amount of syrup remains and is bottled.
