A blend of all varieties of grapes that we grow, picked on the same day, and left to ferment in the berry for 12 days (“carbonic maceration” prior to pressing and wild yeast fermentation in tank.
Only 1200 bottles produced.
Sulfites: Zero added
Blend: Shiraz, Mourvedre, Grenache, Cabernet, Carignan, Semillon, Vermentino, Chardonnay.
